Played both the 1/2 NL and the 1/3NL on my most recent trip. Dealers and staff were both friendly and professional. Good mix of players/competition. Several different games were running on a Monday night.
They also allow a button straddle, which isn't listed on the overview.
I ate the shrimp tacos. Very average. I will try something different next time.
As for location, Temecula is fantastic town away from the hustle and bustle of the larger cities. About an hour from San Diego to the south and about 90 minutes from LA to the north (depending on traffic of course).
I've played at both Commerce and the Bicycle in LA, too, and prefer Pechanga to both of those in all aspects.
The only thing I wish they would do is allow players to sign up for games via the Poker Atlas app. That's a great feature that Bike allows that Pechanga doesn't.
