Don't take that lightly! I own Alpha Social Card Club in Wichita Falls and I'll tell you that Poker House is, hands down, the best poker room in Texas. I travel quite often to see what rooms are doing to make mine better. The cleanliness and elegance of this room are unmatched. Game selection is very good and I enjoyed the promos as well. Plenty of beverage and snack selection. Dealers were great.
I cannot understand why TCH players are not going down the road to be at this room.
If I had to make a complaint it would be about having one of the dealers playing off duty at the table I was playing. I'm all about off duty dealers playing in my room, but they behave. This guy was rude, obnoxious and slowed the game down a lot. He was vaping and blowing it up into the air. Floor noticed and came by and "reminded" him it was not allowed. He then continued, but blew it under the table. His unnecessary tanking cost the table many hands during a big high hand promo.
