My wife and I have been playing at Poker House since it opened.
The physical layout of the room is fantastic. The tables are great, very roomy, comfortable chairs, and Marta and the cleaning staf always make sure the room and restrooms are spotless
It was very disappointing when they changed the rules on the $250,000 Freeroll, but we give them credit for trying a lot of different promos.
The dealers and servers are great. They always have a smile, and are focused on providing great customer service.
The addition of Danielle to the team a couple of months ago was a great move. She is always very helpful, professional and caters to the players while ensuring the room maintains a fun atmosphere.
The missing ingredient seems to be having a local, well respected poker operator as the face and voice of The Poker House. Luckily, they already have the solution on staff, should they choose to use him optimally. Matt, who we have personally known for over 20 years, has been a well respected leader in the poker and gaming industry in DFW.
His recent Facebook post regarding the TCH CO issue, and the support and comments he received on that thread speak volumes about the respect and confidence the DFW poker community has in Matt.
