So first of all the place is open for more than a month and don't have assigned handicap spots! They didn't let me park on one of the valet places. They've sent me park in the mud!!!
Place is not accessible for handicap people. This is Canada, not a third world country!
They knew the place will be jam packed cause of the draw for the car, but didn't schedule enough staff?!
3 waitresses, dealers that didn't take a break for 5h, empty tables but a HUGE waiting list, half the menu was available until 17;00h, and waiting for chicken tenders 1h30mins?!
I guess thats what you call "a GREAT poker experience".
Most of the dealers don't know whats happening, who missed his small or big blind, who and when should post.
Waiting a floor at 03:00am to come to the 1 open table that they've had for 10 mins?!
So to resume, chaos managed from people that don't know how to manage anything.
NOT recommended even to try!
