I lost my card protector, a jade animal. The staffs were so helpful and they helped me find it. I went back 9 days after I lost it, and the staffs were keeping it safe for me. I want to thank Kris and Leon and the security staff Justin, they went out their way to help me. I really appreciate their help. The management is so good and professional. I highly recommend this poker room to everyone who is visiting Vegas.
