Great if you're into... expensive building materials?

Excited to have a new resort in Vegas but wondering who designed this and if they ever saw a crowded casino before?
1. Handicap spaces on the roof are narrow and no van spots for a side loading wheelchair? Also the parking garage said it was for the hotels but I couldn't find a different one for the casino. It is nice and clean.
2. Elevator area to parking garage is narrow and the doors to the elevators are tall and, again, narrow with small elevators.
3. Cars parked in the middle of walkways so crowds had to squeeze by on either side
4. Poker room is new but kind of bland. Everything seemed to be done the old fashioned way, instead of buying chips or cashing out at the tables I stood in a long line for a long time. Nothing new here. Staff is professional but not especially warm or friendly. It seems like a commemorative chip or something for opening weekend would have been a nice touch.
5. No tier credit matching as far as I know.
Sorry, but, why would I give up my super friendly favorite place - Caesar's, to play here?
It is new and nice but looks like an airport. Haven't eaten here yet (but did ask the waitress in the poker room what juices they have and its standard orange and cranberry, not fresh carrot or watermelon like at the Wynn) and no serve yourself drinks like at South Point (or Venetian had before Covid).
Getting to sign in on Atlas online was, by far, the best part of my visit here. Wish all the poker rooms would register this way. This and the interesting food might be the only reasons I try Resorts World again.
