Massively Disappointing

I was pretty excited about a new poker room and thought it was going to be up there with Wynn and Aria but I was wrong. Parking sucks, tables are tiny, had a couple dealers that were painful to watch. Topper was the cocktail situation. First off, I couldn't get the waitress to come to my side of the table the first three times she was at our table and when I finally did, I order a Captain and Diet and am told it will be "some other kind of rum" as if Captain is some kind of top shelf liquor. So I get the mystery rum and taste zero alcohol, get a double the next time, still tastes like flat diet coke. So disappointing. Dealer didn't understand what running it twice was in plo or know how to quarter a pot. I feel bad for those that left good jobs to come work here because I dont think the room will last long. Everyone seems to be saying the same thing.
