First off the parking is by far the closest parking to any room. These guys just must not know where to park. Its literally a 30 second walk from the garage elevators to the poker room.
The staff is extremely friendly, and you can see they pride themselves on customer service. Easy to get on the list from the app. I dont even have to go to the room to check in that I'm there. I just click the arrived button on the app. And when my seats available I get a text message letting me know. So it gave me time to look at other things and grab a bite. The food is good and have lots of options. I'm guessing the other reviews about bad food are from people that like fast @#$% food. Cause in no way is this food bad. The lobster burger I had right from the restaurant that was across from the room is amazing!!! You gotta try.
The room is really nice, the tables are just fine size wise and chairs are to die for. I think a couple fell asleep at once they were so comfy. I think people are just used to 8 handed and
makes the tables seem bigger. I didn't have a problem. Good selection of games. Was easily seated once I got my text msg. Then table changing was a breeze. Honestly I cant say anything bad. My experience has been exceptional for a brand new property that just has a few kinks to work out. I'll be back forsure
