Well. I tried to take down my original review but there is no way to do this. If you read my first post then you know I lost a $5000 pot because of an overzealous dealer named Charlie decided with no warning, no communication, no time mentioned in "rules" and no "floor" called to go ahead and muck my cards because I didn't show all 4 cards before what amount of time to do so? Does anyone know the ruling of the rule to muck a players cards and taking a winning pot from him. You don't because it's not stated. Anyway after multiple text threads, calls, and visits to the club the owners finally decided to get a third parties opinion so he sent the film to a poker room in Louisiana and in Las Vegas. To my surprise they said the player made a mistake not showing all 4 cards but also the dealer made a mistake in not seeing all players cards turned over before mucking my hand. For this reason only the owners decided to pay me back my portion of the pot plus some money I left on the table and then minus a very expensive chair that had to be replaced. Supposedly I broke the chair in rage after the outcome of this. The chair was $270 From Chair King. I still don't know if it was a chair inside the room or one of the outdoor patio chairs. Anyway, I'm half way satisfied of the outcome and still feel I'm due the whole pot. I guess something is better than nothing. I've been reading some of these other reviews and blown away with some of these stories. I felt you should hear how this ended. I'm banned because of my anger rant and I received half of what I should have but I guess it's better than nothing. Peace out.
