Passive aggressive management

I've only been to Resorts World casino twice. Both times the poker room was dead. Once, there were no games. Today they had a tournament, a 1/3 NLH and 2/5 NLH. I would be 5th on the wait list. They said they wouldn't open a table with five players. Asked me to wait.

I said I am a tourist so I don't want to wait around. Where is the closest Monorail?

The manager said there was no station that side of the street. I said I could cross to the other side. He and another employee told me the closest station was Sahara.

I walked. Boring end of the strip, but I always could use exercise.

At the station I learned there is a closer station to Resort World that I walked right past. Resorts World is listed at the Westgate Station. But don't bother. The poker room is dead for a reason.
