They have a lot to prove

Wanted to give them a chance and like them. Went on Sunday, July 4, but they never called a PLO table, even with 8 names, but that can happen.
Used the app to sign up for a table on that Monday. I was #3 out of 3 on the list, then went to the casino. When I got there, I was #3 out of 4, used the app to check in and show that I arrived, then went outside the rail to wait, find the table and watch some baseball.
After about 10 minutes, 2 players left, but it was a while before anyone noticed and started calling names - about another 10 minutes. They called 2 names and when I checked the app and the board, I had dropped to #4 of 4. Another player leaves and they called the name who jumped me. I asked about it and they couldn't explain it, but said I was next. Not happy.
A few players start switching seats and another seat opens, I wait for my name - nothing for 5-10 minutes. Now, I'm just going to see how long this takes. The room is not busy. After a while, the guys running the board are looking around the room. The open seat is pointed right towards the board. No one notices. I wait about 20-25 minutes and nothing. I decide to just leave and cancel my name. By the time I'm at my car, I've been there over 45 minutes, over 20 minutes of it just waiting for my name to be called with an empty seat. It honestly looked like they weren't just paying attention sometimes!
