A great overall large room in the middle of the Midwest. However, outside of upper management of room manager satisfaction is a zero. The call in system through bravo poker is a joke, it registers once every 5 times if your're lucky, I was told maybe you'll have better luck on actual website, but rivers website itself directs you to the app. I always screenshot etc just in case for when i "checked in" online. I was told my call in was only found when I checked in. I then waited another 2 hours to sit because the original counter help i talked to did, in fact, not find my bravo check in, and did not tell me this. In explaining this politely I was told there was nothing they could do, when numerous casinos will bump you as some type of good faith when you provide screenshot proof. This happens a lot. I ask how to fix it everytime I am in town, and they just suggest the website. Still can't call in. When visiting Chicagoland in the future I'll try the other smaller poker rooms.
