Place is an absolute joke run by a bunch of clowns. I should know. I was on the inside for roughly 2 years. Inexperienced dealers, and floor staff that has 0 experience in the industry.
Prior to Rounders I traveled the U.S. working for MGM, Caesars, and a handful of other establishments. I hold gaming licenses in a half-dozen states across the U.S.
Never before in my life have I experienced the type of things that I experienced in that room. The owners, GM, and staff simply DGAF about anything but the money. You've literally got the blind leading the blind here.
You've literally got home game dealers with no experience (convicted felons amongst them) being hired and thrown into the deep end and given free reign while the floor has no ability to control players.
I guess we won't even talk about the incident where a player was followed home at gunpoint in a car chase.
I'd go on but I'm pretty sure you get the point.
Floor staff doesn't protect the dealers and is incapable of enforcing the rules (they don't even know them).
