The poker room at this casino is horrible! The dealers cannot deal. They do not have the concept of Texas HOLD'EM. They do not know how to move the dealer button, they do not know how to read the winning hands, they still have a hard time simply counting the chips. I understand Saracen has to give jobs to local residents but for the dealers to have absolutely no concept of how a poker games work is inexcusable. This casino has now been open long enough to hire competent, knowledgeable, experienced dealers. The dealers in this poker room are extremely rude as well. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this " casino ".

This review isn't factual at all. The person making this review has played less than 40 hours total in our poker room since we opened 6 months ago. We have a great mix of new and experienced dealers. Our Poker Players know they can speak to our management team anytime they see an issue arise and it will be addressed promptly. We absolutely do our best to offer a safe, fair, and inviting atmosphere to play poker in.
