People are hired/promoted that are not suited to the job. One floor manager in particular needs customer service training. A dealer error resulted in the game being stopped for around 15 minutes. As players pay for time, we asked to be given the time back. The floor refused despite it being their employee that caused the game delay. Poor customer service drives away customers. This is why they no longer have 3-5 cash games running a night. Sometimes it is just 1. General Manager needs to reevaluate who is placed in certain positions.
