Beautiful room, good food, but that doesn't cover for the game management. Lots of guys in suits and plenty of front desk staff yet they can't get it figured out. I have been here for the first 3 days and this is a major training issue.
They start tables of the same stakes games when the others are short handed. When they only have one of the game running you have to beg the floor to call names when a seat opens.
I have yet to see them attempt a must move table either, which means tables get short and people all want table changes.
Also straddles are capped at PLO but Uncapped at nlhe... makes no sense.
