I've played here on and off for a couple of years, and here are my takeaways:
The tournaments are fun and well run.
Management and staff are excellent, though a couple of the dealers, especially the newer ones, could use some people skills training.
The restroom could use some TLC.
I learned long ago what to expect with 1/2 - it plays like a BINGO parlor. I mentioned this jokingly to a dealer recently and the response was, "People that play here don't really care about $300." I didn't much understand what that was supposed to mean or accomplish, but I'm not so sure it's an answer the club would endorse.
Not a bad place to play, but know what you're getting into.
