The dealers here are above average from what I've seen around the Houston area. Cesia, Ashley, Amanda, Chloe make my drinks and they do a great job. The only downfall is that on the last few Sundays they have a new bartender.
The bartender Soso has been a major let down to my otherwise great experiences here. I had my first experience with her a few weeks ago and she seemed overwhelmed, rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions. And I’m used to Dallas rooms! Her whole demeanor is very immature and off putting.
I had to ask multiple times for my drink and finally went to the bar top one day. On the next week, she forgot to bring a drink for another gentleman at my table. An employee had to go remind her. People talk, no one wants to deal with that. When Wes called her over to the table again one day, she stomped over. I come here to get a break from moody teenagers, not have to deal with one with a crap attitude because we needed another round. My buddy and I play here during the week, and she was here on yesterday. That's why today I was glad she wasn't working. I'll have to go to Champions on the days she works. We work too hard to have to worry about being treated like we're an inconvenience.
She must be someone’s daughter the way she is able to get away with her actions. Talk to the other players, I'm just fed up because I recommend this club to all my buddies and yesterday was another bust. My buddy said she completely forgot his beer. Hopefully the managers notice because no one wants to deal with crap service. Other than that, this place is great.
