The Deuce Lounge & Casino

I love this place. I used to go in there with my wife when we lived in Tulare every weekend. At the time it was and probably it still is just a 4 table room in a bar, with a blackjack table in another room. They usually only had one game running only on the weekend, and it is always action. Its all a bunch of rich farmers in there, and they were super loose and super action. Literally bluffing all in with 9 high and hero calling with 10 high type of plays regularly. The guy who owns the place opened a few casinos just because he likes gambling, and played at Deuce all the time. There was some city ordinance that say that you can only place a bet under $200, so its the only "spread limit" game I've played, which was really funny cause when everyone has thousands in front of them and say "all in" they take "all in" as $200 so guys who wanted to go all in would say "all in" "all in" "all in" "all in" back and forth until theyre all in. That was hilarious. Absolutely the best fun ive had at a poker game this place is the greatest. Call ahead to see if there is a game going, theres weekend games or its hit or miss on there being poker. Blackjack i think is all the time. They used to give a free dinner which was good and good service. The dealers were friendly and proper and serious about the game if not playing. The bar is really great too. Id definitely vacation to Tulare just to play at Deuce.
