There is some kind of scam group targeting people who gamble. They will literally look you up and harass you out of the casino.
It is pretty gross. Basically anti-freedom criminals. A lot of people really enjoy the games for vacation, retirement, a hobby, or whatever, but some idiots just ruin the whole thing to be criminals.
