As promised...my 2 cents:
The continued greeting of guests...doesn’t go unnoticed and has been talked about.
The friendly, hard working desk and cage staff are a great representation of what management expects and rewards...otherwise it would not be as good as it is.
The floor staff and live stream staff are just as awesome. Their willingness to not only help but answer the same questions multiple times is proof they are committed to the mission of the Lodge. No matter how many hours in or time of day...same great attitudes and service.
The dealers ...I can go on and on...very noticeable by the end of my first day...no attitudes or egos. Clear and decisive instructions to the players concerning their turn, bet, rule...etc....with a gentle touch. Prolly one of the most consistent dealing staffs I’ve ever seen, and I’ve played in prolly 80+ poker rooms across USA.
Not sure what you do to keep your staff motivated and dedicated....I highly recommend you don’t change it. For their attitude has EVERYTHING to do with your leadership.
Security....amazing! I never felt unsafe going to or from the parking lot...which is huge for a female carrying cash and electronic equipment.
Jason, you and your family should be very proud of the business you are managing and the staff you have driving it! Job well done!
