I really enjoyed the room itself. It was more private than most rooms so you don't have to smell the smoke or listen to slots the whole time. There are quite a few tvs that were always tuned to the important games of the day. The tables are some of the coolest I've seen but can be a little cramped at times. The music was pretty good also.
Most of the players were hotel guests or tourists. Most players at the table I played were young, internet players on vacation. There were a few that knew what they were doing but not many. The 1/3 No-Limit game was a good game and fairly easy to beat.
The dealers were green but I didn't think they were as bad as others have said. There were no major mistakes at my table, just an exposed card and some other minor issues. Some seemed to take a while to figure something out but in the end got it right. All of the dealers had great personalities which is just as important to me. There are a lot of impolite dealers in other rooms.
There were times when I didn't see waitresses for a while but they were prompt once they took your order.
I had very little interaction with management but from what I could see, they seemed to be very helpful.
No jackpots or bad beats. They did have free food in the morning and gave $1 per hour comps. The $1/hour comp is fairly standard around town. The dealers and floorpersons were very good at asking for comp cards and making cards for those that didn't have them.
