I would give great rating exept for one terrible dealer who lied to the floor manager so he wouldn't get in trouble. Screwed me out of big pot- see Management rating for details. I was dealt a straight flush for a $250.00 jackpot the night before by a great friendly dealer.
Good fast service.
Management is a joke, if you have a problem you can count on them siding with the dealer. I called a bet on the river and flipped my cards up and said Ace's, one of my cards hit the card shuffler and flipped face down and the dealer mucked my cards. Management sided with dealer after 3 people at table sided with me. I will never go back to TI again. I played there for 3 days out of my trip and even stayed at hotel. I go to vegas twice a year and will never step foot in that casino again. Management was extremly rude about situation - total @#$%. I cashed in all my comp dollars.
Good comps 2 dollars an hour.
