A friend and I decided to play their Wednesday morning tournament. We were staying at the Golden Nugget, but there was no Wednesday morning tournament scheduled there. We opted for the Tropicana because we thought it would be faster than the one at Borgata. However, once we drove there, paid for parking, got food, etc, we learned that they were not having the tournament. And of course, this caused us to miss the first hour of the tournament at Borgata. I understand that things happen, and I only dinged them a bit in my rating here. However, it would be very helpful if any room where the tournaments are getting scratched on a regular basis would adjust their schedule accordingly.
With that said, I liked the location of the room. The furniture was very nice. The chairs were comfortable. I was excited about playing there. And I'd give them another shot if I could be confident that the published schedule is reliable.
