This place has some brick brain employees. I called about the freeroll one day and asked what time would be best to show up to sign up (knowing its a freeroll i assumed their would be a line) and I am told "Oh anytime between 7:30 and 6:15" like what the @#$% kind of answer is that? I showed up at 6:15 and was told i am 17th on the reserve list and would most likely not play.
The next week, there is NOTHING on the schedule at all the whole day, then randomly around 5pm the tourny popped up on the schedule.
The next week they have a freeroll scheduled for Thursday, I show up on thursday and the info changed from Freeroll to Trooper Thursday List.
Its legit the place where all the people who can't get a good job on the strip go to work. super frustrating. don't come here if you want to deal with competent workers. just come if you want to take fish's money who come for the meetup games.
dealers were average/below average as well. multiple times the players had to correct the dealers.
