WinStar has multiple 2/5 tables running, pretty much 24/7.
1/2 runs literally 24/7, 2/5 will have up to a dozen tables running on busy weekends/Saturday nights. 5/10 usually gets 3 tables on Saturday afternoons, and will usually run in the afternoon on all other days.
Floor is educated and respectful, and you get decent food comps for 4 hours of play. Multiple choices for food options, not nasty cafeteria food either.
