PLAYED IN THE 11am 3K GUARENTEE, THE TOURNAMENT SECTION IS IN WHAT ONE MIGHT CALL A LOBBY, THE LIGHTING IS TERRIBLE AT BEST, WHICH MANY PLAYERS COMPLAINED ABOUT.... THERE IS A LARGE ARTIFICIAL TREE WITH VERY ANNOYING SIMULATED HIGH PITCHED BIRD SOUNDS (DIDN'T HEAR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS SO IT MIGHT HAVE JUST BEEN ME) STARTED THE TOURNAMENT ON A TABLE WITH A VIEW OF THE CLOCK HOWEVER IT WAS VERY RARELY ANNOUNCED WHEN THE LEVELS WAS MOVING UP TO WHICH MANY PLAYERS COMPLAINED. I WAS THEN MOVED TO A TABLE WITH NO VIEW OF THE CLOCK AT ALL AND SINCE THERE WERE SO FEW LEVEL ANNOUNCEMENTS WE MISSED AN ENTIRE LEVEL, EVERYONE AT THIS TABLE COMPLAINED... ONE ADDITIONAL COMPLAINT FROM MANY PLAYERS WAS THE WAITRESS SERVICE BEING VERY VERY SLOW....
THE FLOOR WAS NOTIFIED OF ALL OUR COMPLAINTS AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFFESSIONAL WITH HIS RESPONSE. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THERE WAS ONLY 1 FLOOR PERSON TENDING TO THE TOURNAMENT AND OTHER DUTIES, SO MAYBE AN ADDITIONAL FLOOR PERSON ALONG WITH USING TABLES THAT CAN SEE THE TIME CLOCK WOULD HELP THIS PROBLEM... MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER LIGHTING IN THE TOURNAMENT SECTION IS A MUST... THE ROOM IS NEW AND IF THEY WORK ON THESE PROBLEMS IT HAS A GOOD CHANCE TO KEEP PLAYERS COMING BACK FOR THEIR GUARENTEE'S...
