Everything was perfect from comfortable seats and being able to order food without getting up to the cocktail service and atmosphere. However, the tables are way too close together in my opinion. If you are seated in an area with a lot of foot traffic, you will get bumped repeatedly.
I only played one session here and I was dominating everyone. I played $1/3 no limit and went all in multiple times with the nuts or 2nd nuts with callers. The table I was at was very easy to take money from and I took $1400 off the table when it was all said and done.
Dealers were professional and friendly. One of the dealers is actually named Cowboy. His name tag said Cowboy and he said his middle name was Indian. The only issue I had was a woman who just came to the table and posted between the small blind and the button. What the @#$% is that?
I don't know where these ladies went for cocktails, but they were few and far between and took a while to get there. However, I have to give them a 5 rating because the women are absolutely gorgeous. The drinks were stiff, too. I could almost see through my white russian there was so much vodka in it.
The room seemed very well organized with computerized player list and "support" personnel was on the ball, too. Chips/menus/etc were brought to the table in a flash.
No jackpots. I don't do player clubs because it's more trouble than its worth to me, but I am told they are pretty generous.
