worst poker experience ever

playing at Caesars Southern Indiana casino poker room. Playing 1-3 nolimit.
In a hand with A-6.
flopped trips 6’s.
On the turn, lead out with a$30
bet. other player 3bet to $100.
I went all in. amounted to a $1150 pot.
Dealer thinks other player calls, and tables the river card. Player says he hadn’t called yet.
call the floor, went through the @#$%.
Player says he wants to call. has K-6
they burn the river card deal new card.
which is a1 outer K. giving him a full house.
original river card that should have been the play was a Jack.
How the dealer could ever mess this spot up so bad is beyond me.
Talked with Poker room manager next day.
asked him to review the hand and dealer misQ.
He assured me he would. and also assured me he would call me back once he had done so.
He didn’t follow through. never heard back from him.
Im sure he didn’t call back because of how gross the dealer lack attention was.
Got totally screwed lost $550 in a hand that should have been a winner.
Caesars Indiana casino has fallen so far.
Truly now just a dirty armpit of a casino.
Poker room is small, people running it don’t care, and have a don’t want to be there attitude.
food options are a complete joke.
Better off eating processed Walmart baloney before hand.

Know that stuff happens, but they obviously don’t train their dealers very well, or do they care.

For someone who has been going there for 25 years that they have been open. I can tell anyone for sure that this place has swirled down the toilet.
If Louisville ever got off their @#$% and allowed a casino.
This place would bankrupt in a month.

Thanks to a sloppy poker room i have made my last trip to this place. You should expect for a dealer who has been there for a couple years to a better understanding of how to run a poker game.
Bye Caesars indiana you are a terrible casino experience.
