I frequented the poker room many times when it was on "the boat". The room was great and the room was run well. I received emails about promotions and tournaments, the dealers were great and I enjoyed every session I played whether I won or lost. They have since moved to land and the handful of times I visited in the new room, you could tell the poker room went downhill. I thought it was maybe a one time thing, but after giving the room numerous chances- I've come to the conclusion that it just a bad poker room. I guess the good dealers went away in the move to land and they hired an incompetent manager. She apparently decided to hire dealers who could not read poker hands or count chips. Sitting at the table and helping the dealer with shipping the pot to the correct person shouldn't be the players' job. I have tried to talk with her, but apparently (based on the regulars) she is never around to supervise the room. Other players chimed in their dissatisfaction with the room and how it is being managed. I can only say that the regulars and people who play must be desperate to play in such a poorly managed room.
