Dealer deals a player with no money ,while player is at the ATM , now the action stops because we waiting on player coming back from ATM ,i asked what about if there is a malfunction on ATM and he cant get money ,why do we have to wait ,he should have never been dealt cards ,no money at the table no cards ,dealer toll me if i did-int like it i could go play somewhere else
