Okay, this is just a few not so great tables packed into a corner of the casino. I still liked it. My wife and I played the spread limit game Friday night, and played with Jackie and some old friends of his, and the stud game Saturday morning. The latter had a couple extremely nice, very elderly women and a big, fat guy with an attitude. Even with him it was fun. A couple regulars showed to play but didn't sit because there weren't may players for the stud game.
As the January 2012 reviewer said people were there more to socialize than to wipe you out. However, you did have the feeling that as you were having a good time your stack was dwindling and a couple others were growing. Hmmm, what happened?
A couple have been there for a very long time. The games ran well. Some were even smartasses, which is a good thing.
Didn't notice what they looked like, didn't care. Got the drinks I wanted when I wanted them.
The fellow running the tables each day was super nice. We got a meal comp that we used for breakfast on Saturday.
Got a meal comp without a problem.
