On a Saturday night, I expected to wait for a table. An hour seemed only a little excessive when compared to the wait time at Twin and MGM. I didn't expect to be coaching the dealer through hands but that only happened twice. The bathrooms could be more centrally located and a smoking area could be closer but I'm not a contractor so, yeah. The most irritating thing was cashing out. (Purposely) didn't take note of how long it was taking because the whole time I was in line I was trying to figure out what was taking so long. There were some large cashes which required paperwork and obviously, chips had to be returned to stock. The real pain came when I got to the window.
With a total of 33 chips in three different denominations, she took the first stack of 20 and counted it at least three times It was at that moment, when I realized, I was paying the price for Common Core Math.
Hopefully she gets better at recognizing reoccurring patterns such as a rack of chips.
I always thought the split/restack was more just for showmanship. Nope. She counted every chip. 5,10,15,20,25 gouge my eyes out. You'd think at this point we'd go 25,50...nope. next stack 30,35,40... seriously? wtf?
The cashier window was painful. It can only get better from here.
I'll give them 90 days after that, there will be unofficial verbal warnings.
On my way out of there I drove by the front of the casino WOW inside and out just WOW. If you've ever been to Vegas you'll understand if I say Begas instead and on purpose
It wouldn't be fair to rate the competition, management, etc .. after only few minutes. If given the opportunity, I'll update with those ratings and hopefully will be able to rate the promotions as well.
