I've played 3 sessions at this point, and here's my review so far.
The room is beautiful and comfortable/great chairs/lots of space and there are a ton of games at the moment. Chargers at the tables. The positives end there.
Service is non existent and even when I am able to place an order, it only arrives ~50% of the time.
Dealers are worse than WSOP quality. A lot of brand new dealers, several of whom I have no idea how they passed audition. If you play a time raked game (which by the way is higher than average rake), you are really not getting your money's worth. You really have to watch what they are doing as many can't count. There are a few great dealers.
The room is huge so when you are called for a game, you are sent to an area to look for a floor person for a seat. They are often not easy to find and are sometimes off in the corner socializing. I've played in several games where there was a big list but we were getting no players sent to us despite having 1-3 open seats.
Cashier cage is a mess. Stood in line 15 minutes on a Monday. One cashier serving customers, one cashier serving employees/chip runners, and like 4-5 closed windows. Some cashiers can't count but I'm seeing improvement here on speed accuracy...still a lot to be desired. I understand employees will take awhile to learn their jobs but this many closed windows with this line points to issues with management which are likely to persist.
Food is extremely expensive. Burger + fries + 1 small beer = $40 after tip at burger bar. Salad in the room was $20 after tip. Food is good, but not worth the $$...buffet promo pricing was decent at $40ish.
I hope they improve. The physical things in the room are great. The people not so much. Luckily it's early!
