Most of the staff are old, and lost their fast ball, recycled after years at Foxwoods. Staff let their associates move from a table with eight players, to another table of eight, while leaving other tables with only five players.
Player not on the transfer list?, No problem. Only people with integrity actually follow protocol. You don't have to worry about that when an employee of Encore, especially when your boss is a crony.
"I was on the transfer list for 30 min, and that guy just got up and moved to a different table."
"You don't worry about that son. Keep your mouth shut, or you'll be asked to leave. Just be happy we're only raking you $10."
The disrespect is unreal. How stupid do they think we are? Fire these people already!
New Management in the Poker Room, as well as downstairs, and a commitment to patrons may revitalize the room. Not one member of Management left after upper management repeatedly downgraded the poker experience. They all caved to their demands. How do I respect them after that?
