The 'room' is really just some tables in the middle of the casino with a manager's desk in the center of it all. Comfort level of chairs is about average and the tables are in good shape. Even though the room is surrounded by slots, the noise level was low, possibly because no one gambles here. If you have a car, it's a short walk to the poker room if you park in back of the building and walk in the rear door of the casino.
Mostly younger, tee-shirted, tourists players. A guy who refused to fold even though he probably knew that he was beat. One player joined the table and won a big pot on his first hand. After that, he decided he needed to go all in almost every time. He left after 45 minutes, without his money. If you play a little tight and hang in there, you should win.
Mostly older dealers with middle-European accents. One flipped over my first card, a King, while dealing. Of course, it was buried and replaced. If my second card hadn't also been a King, I probably would not have remembered this. All in all, the dealers were not exactly exciting and fun, but not terrible either.
The waitresses were average looking girls in their 20s & 30s. I saw my first one after 40 minutes. I ordered a Crown and Coke. No dice. Then I asked for Johnny Walker Black. Nope! How 'bout Johnny Red. Sorry! I settled for a Diet Coke. I never determined if they don't have this stuff or they just don't serve it to the Poker players. Bottom line, if you want to drink any decent liquor, maybe your should bring your own! BTW, it was over an hour before the second waitress came around! This was on a Saturday evening.
The only time I dealt with management was when I went in to get a seat. I waited about two minutes and then he pointed out the table and away I went.
No idea about comps, but they do have a wheel you spin if your get Aces cracked or a straight flush, etc. I spun it once and won $60.00.
