Overall the room is not a room and that is its biggest fault. Friday night noise from the casino floor was too much for me. I prefer a quieter, enclosed or removed, room. Otherwise the tables, chairs and other physical aspects of the room are fine.
A lot of young, beginning players at my table. No tough players, pretty transparent play, several huge preflop raises into tiny pots made me smile.... $7 in the pot, raise to $50, fold, fold, fold....
Older dealers, all nice, ran the games fine, mechanics could improve a bit.
Brought drinks quickly with a smile. Good enough for me.
Friendly, energetic, working off of a paper list, but managed it well. Did not like that they kept my players card while I played. Forgot my card and luckily remembered it before I left Excalibur.
