another @#$% in the can

Just read the reviews, its all the same, under trained dealers, incompetent management, dungeon like decor, no tv, everything cost money (yes even water, juice, coffee), tea is $3, beer is $9, water is $2 its like we are on the moon not 1 km away from Costco. Salmon steak, or hamburger with fries $30 :) and it taste like crap, this is not just me, ask anyone who ate there.

Call in doesn't exist, queue run on Excel.
Waiter pass every hour, you cant call. Forget about changing tables, filling an empty seat requires the poor shy dealer to shout like 5 times for empty seats, did i mention the rake $$$.

Even the employees at the box to cash in or out are beginners. It takes 30 minutes sometimes to buy chips, thats why you see many players buying chips from other players.
the list goes on and on.

Honestly there is nothing good to say. If this was not a monopoly, the room will be empty tomorrow. I tried them about 10 times for the past 6 months, not a single change, other than increasing the rake.

Why they are alone in business? Why the province is not allowing competition? Specially with the way they are running it? Its not like we don't have a 100 managements begging to run this place, but You guessed it, corruption.
