Great Canadian embarrassment and scamming

This is what happens when a business gets a monopoly backed up by the government. Total corruption must be going on here. This place puts a black spot on the city of Toronto.

Everyone knows casinos are greedy but leave it up to Toronto to produce such blatant astronomical greed that it's actually quite comical.

Don't tip anyone at this place ever.

The rake for 1-3 should be like $10 at the absolute maximum especially if there are no comps or free drinks or food or anything.

$20????
