Dealers and management should be cut some slack. Just opened and poker has a learning curve. Especially if you don't play poker, you're just trying to deal and run the game.
That being said they had a chance to basically shut down poker in niagara and rama by just strategically placing the rake at a reasonable spot.
Ontario casinos are the only casinos in the world that haven't figured out that you can use poker as a loss leader to bring people in.
$20 rake is not only embarrassing, it's bad for ontario poker in general. Continuing to force more of the players underground.
Awful choice by Great Canadian.
