I found the room to be in good shape. Tables were comfortable. The room was enclosed and was quiet. Floors and counters were always being cleaned by cleaning staff at every break.
There was a mixture of players. Some, Like myself were new to the room and others were regular players. The dealers and these players were on a first name basis and on breaks talked about other tournaments they play in.
No problem here. All friendly and Professional. Always kept game moving.
Good quality drinks and great service. Came around more often than I could finish my drink and was cheking if I needed another.
All concerns and questions were responded to in a very professional way. Managed room well and ran a very good tournament.
Did not ask for comps in the poker room. The casino always treats my wife and myself well as we visit their casinos where ever we are.
