This card-room is fantastic for tournaments. Lately, it's felt like the SD market hasn't been the greatest for $100-1,000 tournaments. There haven't been a great deal of options that I've noticed at least. Jamul changed that and they have a poker room staff that's delivering well. The players are really fun genuinely care for each other and the tournament structures are fantastic. 20-30 min levels on $100-300 tournaments.
The rake on the tournaments seems fair for the value. The poker room does all the tracking and sends their info off to Hendon Mob which requires their time and attention and is a really neat feature of their room. I for one do like to see my results improve, rare as that is. They are strict on the rules but fair and they'll help with chopping calculations for you.
All these items sound minor individually but it's the combination that makes this such an enjoyable room.
Food and drink could be a bit more diverse but that's the only real improvement I could suggest and it's not really in the poker room's control.
