Nice friendly staff, including the dealers. Competitive game play. Only drawback is there is no kitchen so you have to buy your food, which the runner will gladly pick up for you. Not much for promotions, but other than that, it's a good place.
I went on a Sunday and they didn't get the tournament off. It took a while to get a second cash table going, but I plan to go again, and see how it turns out.
I honestly like the idea of the button taking the blinds at $5. Having a BB & SB is pointless. Also, I like the betting cap at $300 for the bomb pot. Keeps the game going instead of busting players in 1 hand, and still have a good pot to play for. Being from Houston where anything goes, this is a solid way to appease both the house and the players.
