I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during a recent game. While I was involved in a heads-up hand, the dealer, Adian (or however his name is spelled), asked the other player, "Do you have a bigger flush or full house?" after I had already tabled my hand. This question was asked before the other player had a chance to table their own hand. In my experience, it's highly unprofessional for a dealer to prompt a player in this manner. The correct procedure is to allow the players to reveal their hands without interference from the dealer.
Additionally, I've noticed that several dealers seem to struggle with properly counting the pot in Pot-Limit Omaha, which is a critical part of the game. Overall, I believe there’s room for improvement in dealer training and professionalism. I hope these concerns can be addressed to ensure a better experience for all players moving forward.
I will never go back to that place.
