I come back after 2 months as I don't live in town and I'm told I have $190 balance. Last time I was here I played for 3 hours cash which is $10 an hour and left so there's no way I owed that so they lowered to $40 which is still more than I owed but because I traveled from out of town it would have been a waste to leave so I just paid it. Than at break the clock was going off I folded out of turn which kind you the clock went off before shuffle was finished so I got penalized 3 hands and had to post big blind but couldn't play. This place is mafia ran. Play at 52 social. At least they don't steal your money.

Hi nyrangers84, I'm sorry to see that you were not satisfied with your time at The Lodge. I'm not sure why your balance was showing as $190 in our system, but I'm glad our team was able to reduce that to $40 for you.
Regarding the penalty you received: in accordance with TDA rules if the dealer *starts* the shuffle before the break clock goes off, the hand commences as normal. The break clock going off before the shuffle finishes is not a valid excuse to break the rules by folding out of turn, and players are warned at the beginning of the tournament about penalties for folding out of turn.
