The floor guys are very competent and professional. Especially Tim and Dimitri.
I don't know how they do it... They stay calm and collected when certain players get mad because they lost the hand. Then they look around for someone to blame, so they try to blame the floormen. I personally witness those scenarios, and it's just plain comedy.
