This place has the worst dealers/floor staff I have ever experienced. They are poorly trained, rude, super unprofessional, the majority of the dealers don't speak fluent English which leads to a lot of confusion, frustration and players yelling over each other when floor is called. They just really don't give a @#$% about the players here. This is the only casino I have witnessed an actual fist fight break out at the table. luckily it was two slow old guys because security response time was ridiculously slow. I have heard guys say out loud at the table that they have a gun and will use it, floor staff pretends not to here it or just doesn't care.
Only reason I kept going back here for so long was because I won table share of a jackpot here a few months back and Taco Tuesday is a delicious deal. Avoid this place at all cost tho, there are wayyyy better places to play in LA.
