Not quite on the Excellent level, but very good. Location near the Sports Book is nice, and there's a food place that sells burgers and chicken fingers and the like very close by, so when you want to get up from the table for a snack, that's a good thing. The tables and equipment are pretty clean, the atmosphere is serious but not intimidating.
I'm gonna say average but with a lean toward tougher rather than easier. Depends on when you go. Weekend nights, of course, brings younger crowds, drinkers, tourists. Daytime and weekday lends itself more to grinders, semi-pros and locals.
Never had much of a problem with the dealers here. They do have that weird rule about: If you come out past your cards with your chips it's considered a bet thing, but not all the dealers enforce it, or at the least they usually give you a warning if you do it once.
Slow and inattentive.
Quality management, even when it's busy they seem to keep things organized with a lot of announcements over a relatively clear mic that can be heard in the nearby area and throughout the poker room.
Don't know, I don't generally try to get comps playing poker. There are high hand pots, no jackpot. They spread some seven stud along with various hold 'em limits and a number of no limit games.
