Great Room all by itself. Huge tv's on the walls with all kinds of sports playing. Definitely a good vibe.
A good mix of exp. and non-exp. players. You could really tell who has played alot. But overrall play was relatively loose, you could get play with any hand.
I thought the dealers were good, and experienced. Friendly and easy to talk to. Helpful when needed. One guy who clearly didn't know how to play actually kind of "lost it" on one dealer. The dealer was cool about it, didn't lose his head, calmly tried talking to the guy and then called the floor over.
No problems getting the order right. Service was relatively quick, but pretty average overrall. It was really nice in that we ordered food and they delivered it right to the table.
You walk in and put your name on the list. Lady at the desk was helpful and curteous. Only a short wait while they opened up another table. They knew their business and ran it as such.
I don't think they had any bad beat jackpots. That was pretty lame. They said it was cause they are new and still looking into that aspect. Comp. dollars I didn't try to use so not sure on that.
