Many good dealers and floor but this room is run by a person who doesn't think customers service is a priority. You will be not logged in even if you don't miss both your blinds. Your auto logged off once you leave the table. They are so picky that you won't even be logged back until your delt in the hand. Mind you that you still haven't missed blinds. This place is the worst when it comes to table change. Nobody takes responsibility when they make a mistake, which drives me crazy. When they start a 6 handed game when the are obviously trying to get another game they can rake. Rake is still $4 and $2 bonus. Highest rake in town trying to start a game. The day shift is the worst because most employees and mainly the floors don't care about customers service. They just care about squeezing every dollar out of you. Many locals don't play here because they don't like management so the room is OK and they have good promotion but again $2 for jackpot drop. This room could be great but unfortunately until management changes this room is very frustrating.
